This is the one and only DECUS Library VMS CDROM, produced by Glen Everhart near the end of DECUS (before being devoured by Compacta nd then HP). It is in some format that would mount on VMS, but proports to be is9660 as well. However, my Linux 3.13 kernel can not mout it withou the VMS filesystem driver.
