Below are pictures and personal accounts relating to the snowstorm of Tuesday, December 18, 1990. The snowstorm struck the central Puget Sound basin and dumped as much as 14 inches of snow in some areas. For some people, snow is fun and exciting! For others it is downright inconvenient.
